2. Is my certificate issued by PSA Institute still valid after the discontinuation of PSA Institute’s Approved Training Provider (ATP) Status?
Yes, the certificate remains valid for participants who attended SSG and WSH courses at PSA Institute during our Approved Training Provider/Approved Training Organization period.
3. Can I still apply for a replacement certificate or card after 1 January 2026?
Yes, replacement certificates or cards are available for participants who attended SSG and WSH courses at PSA Institute during our Approved Training Provider/Approved Training Organization period.
4. I attended the forklift course at PSA. Can I take the refresher course with another training provider?
Yes, you can use the WSQ Operate Forklift certificate issued by PSA Institute to apply for the Forklift Operator Refresher Training course with other training providers.
5. Can I attend the Perform Rigger and Signalman Tasks course with another training provider to qualify for the Safety Course for Ship Supplier Personnel?
Yes, you can attend the Perform Rigger and Signalman Tasks course with another training provider and use the Statement of Attainment (SOA) to apply for the Safety Course for Ship Supplier Personnel.
6. Can I get a refund for the courses I registered?
Eligibility for a course fee refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis, based on our prevailing course refund policy.
7. What will happen to the other courses that were offered by PSA Institute? Will I still be able to apply for them?
Yes, PSA Institute will continue to offer those courses.
