Unless otherwise indicated, our courses are conducted in English.



Payment

There are several modes of payment for the enrolled courses.

Payment by Cash, Nets & Cheque can be made at the Administration Counter,
PSA Institute, 20 Harbour Drive, #03-02, PSA Vista (opp. Haw Par Villa)

Payment by Cheque or Bank Draft (in Singapore Dollars) should be made payable to "PSA CORPORATION LIMITED" and sent to:

Attendance & Certificates

A minimum of 75% attendance is required before a participant will be allowed to take the test or to receive a Certificate of Attendance or Certificate of Successful Completion.



Funding

  • WDA Training Grant Application (course fee and/or absentee payroll)
    Trainees must be company sponsored direct employees who are either citizens or PRs of Singapore and achieve 75% attendance. The company must be registered in Singapore. All applications for training grants should reach WDA within 30 days from the course start date.

Cancellation

PSA Institute reserves the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances.



Refund of fees

80% of the course fee is refundable if written notification of withdrawal is received 1 week before course commencement.

No refunds will be entertained if notification of withdrawal is received less than 1 week before course commencement.

We will be happy to accept a suitable replacement if you inform us at least 1 week before course commencement.



Replacement of Certificate

An administrative fee of $30 plus GST will be charged for replacement of lost or damaged certificates.
